help with payslip

    hi not sure this is the right place but i have a bit of a problem and maybe someone can help. my eployer is computer iliterate( against them :D ) and refuses to use one so anytime i have to send a payslip to and government office it gets refused 3 or 4 times before i can get them to realize that he wont do it properlly he has theese miniature handwriten payslips so i was wondering if soeone would have a template or eve scan theyre own payslip (of course cross out your details) si i can print it off myself and just get him to stamp the thing i would be very gratefull. not sure if you can post files here so here is my e - mail ikazimirs@gmail.com thanks in advance
