    Just purchased the Edision Argus VIP2 Combo and i am very happy with it .I have read in other posts that its possible to get it to read the sky free view card for ch 4 hd and 5 hd but i think i have to download some soft wear called ILTV not sure how to do this can anybody help .

    C4 HD will soon be FTA.

    Five HD will eventually be FTA also.

    The FTV card is a really a payTV "puppy ploy" by Sky and is only officially available for UK postcodes. Also it can stop working with ZERO notice on anything other than a Sky box and then you have no come back.

    Probably won't bother with card so, itv and the bbc's are excellent in HD it take awhile to adjust back to normal SD if you watch them for any length of time.

    can you watch irish ddt channel while recoeding another irish ddt channeland also same with satellite ,watch satellite channel while recording another satellite
    channel ,

    as i know you can record satellite channel while watching a irish ddt channel or record irish ddt channell while watching satellite channel

    i know, i know, if it aint broke then don't fix it! but has anyone tried this firmware? i'm reluctant to upgrade the box in case it screws everything up and i end up with it all in german, any ideas?
