Son is emigrating to Canada and needs to get a prepaid credit card. He is undecided about Neteller -v- Moneybookers.

1. Would it be best to open a Neteller card with a Canadian dollar account as Moneybookers don't have the option of CAD ac.?

2. We've read some bad reports about the support centre for Moneybookers leaving a lot to be desired?

3. Are the fees/charges for Neteller too high if the operating account (his current account) is in Euro?

4. Would he be better off using his laser card for cash withdrawals as the area he is going to is quite small and probably won't have too many ATMs. Saw a mention on one board that certain bank ATMs are needed for withdrawls?

Any advice appreciated, thanks.
