    Example:
One organisation governs all the players and clubs of a particular sport.
The insurance of these players and clubs goes through this governing body, when each player and club pay their respective annual affiliation fees.

In the case of a player playing and getting injured without having become affiliated to this governing body, who becomes liable in any injury claim.

The player for not being affiliated ?
The club for allowing this player to play ?
The club/field/premises where it happened ?

    One other question:
If the governing body got each club to sign a form saying they become responsible if they play a player that is not affiliated/insured.
Would such a form hold any weight under law.

    Thank you.
