Fires over the Mountains

Hey, Im up in D6. Walking to the shops I noticed what looks like fires up in the Dublin Hills. More towards Three Rock direction. Is anyone else closer, are they fires? I know its normal enough for gorse fires in the Summer but considering the ammount of snow on the ground I thought it was very strage. /G
