    Hi all, iTunes is promting me to upgrade my iphone to 4.2 and as my iphone is jailbroken will I have any issues if I upgrade, many thanks in advance to all who reply.

    It will un-jailbreak your phone.

    If you have loads of jailbroken apps on your phone and couldnt be arsed jailbreaking again and reloading those apps then dont update.
