    Xmas movie or halloween movie??.

Every year i do hear some person give out about this been showing at xmas or that its not a xmas movie. Imo it is a xmas movie as most of the film is based around xmas although you can make arguments stating its a halloween movie as its a very dark animated movie which of course is tim burtons style.

be interesting what other people think on here.

I think it works for either to be honest(Although I watch it every christmas). Gave it to my niece for christmas about 2 years ago and she was only 3 at the time. :P She loved it but when she tried to get it shown at creche she was rejected.

It's a great movie, people prejudge what kids might like way too quickly. My little lad isn't 3 yet and loves the movie Coraline yet I know older kids who are terrified by it.I'd have to class it in the Xmas movie section.

It's both. It's definately both. it goes out of it's way to be both. Nothing wrong with adding a bit of abject terror to your kids' Christmas viewing IMO.

We watched this again today. It's definitely both.

The baby loved it, he was shaking his little nappy bum to all the tunes and all. :)
