Hotfile on UPC so slow??

Got a premium account on hotfile and a 15mb connection and last week i was getting great speeds on hotfile abot 1.4mb , now this week im only getting 238.15.kb speeds..strange...may go back to rapidshare

I read somewhere that Hotfile have been having problems over the last few months. Various slow downs happening. Could be that again.
