Lost all channels except RTE1 and BBC HD channels

Anyone else experienced this, happened to us last night. Called customer care who tried fixing it over the phone (resetting box etc) but no luck. Now they say a technician may need to call out and see us but there's a massive backlog at the moment. Have a non HD box in the bedroom and that's fine, it's only affecting the…

Have a non HD box in the bedroom and that's fine, it's only affecting the main black HD box in the living room.

No problems with home phone or BB yet.

Anyone know what it might be and if we can fix ourselves??
