My daughter's playschool was closed (as most of them) due to severe weather conditions. The playschool is just across the street, but had to take a week off work and stay home with the little one... I pay monthly for the playschool and now I'm wondering, should they charge me for the week it was closed?

I don't know, phone them up and ask them.

There's a parenting forum on the site here http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=251

They might know more about it.

When they closed the playschool did they get to keep any remaining kids?

That'd be great. Send out a circular to the parents that "we're closing early on Friday 12th" or whatever. Anyone who misses the closing time gets their kid sold to a copper mine in Nicaragua. I guess the school should probably split the profits with the parents though?

    Good Idea Nevore!:)

We had that prob too. The creche we use was closed 3 days this week, causing Mrs Class to miss time off work aswell.

Thing is, is that creches are mainly staffed by women & everybody knows that they can't drive in the snow.:D:D:D

Sorry, we don't deal with those claims here.
    Try the triangular window.
