Reach Legendary Solo

Anyone done it yet?

I'm not into multiplayer, love the single player campaigns in all the Halo titles.

Couple of levels in and it feels a little easier than Halo 3 so far.

Definitely found it to be the easiest of the lot on legendary, were only two or three parts i'd say that I really found tricky (and sometimes infuriating)

Reach was on par with ODST for difficulty on solo Legendary. A few very infuriating parts, but at a whole, very doable.

3 was harder, and can't really say about 1 or 2 since I never did them Legendary (since there wasn't any achievements for it :P)

Found it wasy enough on Legendary. I had never played 1 or 2 so when I came up against the first few Elites it was frustrating. Other than that

The flying level annoyed me for a while on solo, after easing through it on Co-Op...but once I found out you could barrell roll it was straight forward. Also when you have to board the Corvette the initial part where you drop into it took me a while.

Got about 5 or 6 levels in - just finished the sniper level I think which wasn't too bad.

Actually found that sniper level harder on co-op somehow. The cloaked elites with the laser rifles tore us to bits but didn't seem as much of a problem in Solo.

I (only) did Solo Legendary Reach a few weeks back and found it sickeningly difficult... much harder than H3 Legendary. I completed Legendary H3 in about 20 hours of play. I'd say I spent 32 to 40 hours of play time trying to finish Reach on Legendary. I dunno... maybe I just suck at the game. Most probably in fact.

There was on part in the game where I had no ammo (nothing... empty... zip), no health whatsoever and trying to figure out how to get past 2 elites. That took about 5 hours. Not worth it. In fact, it might have been quicker to restart the level and hold onto the weapons. I loved the level where we were flying in outter space and knocking out the towers and banshee's. Thought that was a blast and a welcome relief to getting a$$-raped.

my first go on legendary was tough too, had barely enough ammo most of the time. But since then i have finished the game on legendary solo in less than 6 hours. I've even completed most levels without dying.

something's wrong there. I'm only half way through Reach on Legendary but have found H3 FAR more difficult on legendary. In fact is a bit of a let down, it's letting me off light.
