CA8-2 Fire Selector Issue

    I cant put it on safe! :( I want to be reliably able to put it on safe mode . . . . . I know its silly but I like being able to choose what fire mode I have on . . . . I also like having a safe mode, I use 20 round mags and unfortunately have a bad habit of keeping my finger on the trigger all the time,from what I have read its a common issue with these models, so if anyone can help or knows how to fix it please let me know! :D

    That sounds like you need to fix your trigger contacts. I'm not certain though. Perhaps give Leftflip a shout, or drop it down to one of the Airsoft stores for a repair job

    I might just do that . . . Its a silly problem because she shoots fine its just annoying me!

    The cogs may have slipped out of line, or a small piece of the selector plate has broken off, seen it a few times myself, not a hard fix.

    Where can I get a selector plate? Also can you explain to me what a tappet plate is?
