Anyone know anything about these guys and if they're for real? I saw an ad for their website on jobs.ie, checked their site and it seems pretty interesting. They recruit people, you have to take a course and then supposedly you're guaranteed a job offer with Ryanair if you complete it. You apply for it online and they send you an invitation if your application is successful. I sent mine in and it said I was successful only a few hours later, which has me a bit suspicious.

Anyone had dealings before with this group? Input would be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have to pay to do the course?

Wouldn't do any harm to give RyanAir a call to verify that they use them.

You pay to do the course but they say if you don't end up completing it / passing it you don't have to pay, and if you do manage to pass it but you can't afford it, they have a plan in place of deducting it out of your salary once you get the job. Just all seems a bit too good to be true!

That's good, because it says on their site that a recruitment day for Dublin is planned in Rush for tomorrow. I'm invited to one in the city centre on the 11th

What a scam. You pay for your own training and a chance at a really poorly paid job.

    A Ryanair uniform, how exotic.

Years ago airlines used to hire untrained pilots and train them and give them a salary. Now they realise some people are desperate to be pilots that they will pay for their own training.
Fair enough I suppose but now that has been extended to cabin crew for one of the worst paid full time jobs. Incredible.

A lot of airlines have gone down this route hardly any will hire cadets from now on dont be surprised if the likes of Aerlingus go down this route.
Also the likes of Aerlingus dont charged their cabin crew for training.

you do pay for training which is a pain, but i can say i get paid more for working just over part time hours than some people i know on full time!

This isn't a scam then just to get people to do the course - is there an actual job at the end of it?
