    Hey,

I desperately need some help. Im 27 and lately I seem to be getting a lot of spots on my forehead and chin. My skin looks blotchy. I drink a lot of water and it's not helping my skin. My skin is normal, its not oily.

Can you please give me some advise on how to get rid of the spots and how to keep them away!! Also can you advise on what products you find best, I am using Roc serum/moisturiser on it at the moment.

    Thanks

How is the rest of your diet?

Also with the snow and the central heating, this could be making your skin red and blotchy. I have found that this affects my skin.

Also are you wearing a hat and scarf. People forget to wash their hats scarfs, but I find that mine gets a build up of foundation, skin, sweat, etc.

I use nivea or oil of olay. I have sensitiveskin, and these don't irritate myskin.
