City roads are OK, take it handy on the motorway, don't know about Waterford to KK but KK to Carlow was moving at an average of about 60kph yesterday morning. Loads of parking in MacDonagh and if the weather keeps the cars off the road there'll be plenty of free spaces. Also you could consider taking the train as the station is beside the shopping centre.

The council got the wrong road grit and the trucks can't spread it right so they have got more stuff from Dublin.
