    Im applying for a 2nd learners permit today, My license expired about 6 months ago, I failed my drivers test about a year ago, I have the piece of paper they gave me upon failing however I do not have my expired license anymore as I've lost it.

    Is going into the guards with the sheet they gave me stating I've failed my test enough?
