Ced2911, member of the LS-Team, released the first public version of FreePSX: a Playstation1 emulator for homebrew/JTAG 360s.
The GFX emulation is very good for most games, but there are still a few sound problems.
The release includes the full source-code for other developers who may want to help improving FreePSX.

I tested FF7 with some issues sound is a little distorted but video is perfect after the opening scene where you take control the Xbox shutsdown completely it would be cool if they could sort these issues in the next release

There was a PS1 emulator released a few days ago for the PS3 (exploited/homebrew), apparently it's full screen & full speed...if you have a 3.41 PS3 it might be worth trying that out instead.

Apparently the Gamecube & Wii emulator is being ported over as we speak  Shows you how inferior the Wii really was in this generation (from a technical standpoint, sales speak for themselves otherwise).
