    one of my local brick and mortar shops have a laptop for 450 euro, cant find anything better for the spec of it looking online or off,

    its a lenovo ntd6luk
    intel dual core t4400
    3GB ram
    250GB hard disk
    15.6 inch screen,

    what do yis think? good value or is there somthing better value that im missing.
    anything else i can find around that price has a celeron 900 cpu inside. laptop is reduced from 599.

    laptop is to replace my desktop of similar spec that i got this time last year, specs of that are.

    athlon II x2 420
    3GB ram
    320GB hard drive.
    not sure on the graphics but i dont do anything graphically intensive anyway.

    cant really go much higher than 450, that said the cpu might be old but it benchs a good bit higher than similar priced laptop cpu's because they are mainly celeron 900's

    This is probably a similar spec but you get 320GB HDD, free laptop bag and Bullguard Internet Security for just under e450 shipped?

    thats better alright antirip, thanks, more like my current pc in terms of cpu benchmark, slightly better graphics card too.
