    what sort of turbo to buy?been cycling for four months now ,up to 60 kms on weekend tours ,can i use my own bike or do you need other equipment?:cool:

    Hey Pantani,
    I used to have one of these thingies, a trax magnetic, can't remember the model but it was OK. A heart rate monitor is a must (cheapo +-30). They usually come with a specific rear skewer so nothing really needed. You do risk warping the back wheel if it's left clamped in. Depending on the tyre too they can be very noisy and you'll sweat like a horse (no wind).
