Drogheda to citywest, any chance?

Need to get from Drogheda to work in Citywest. I know on Tuesday Citywest was clear, N7 and M50 were fine and the M1 was an ice rink between J7 and J8 on my way home, nearly spun 3 times. I couldn't get out of my estate yesterday or today so dunno whats going on now... Have things improved around this route since Tuesday…

I've heard it's difficult to get up the N7 exit ramp off the M50. Any info/advice would be appreciated because i don't know if i should give it a go in the morning. Cheers, all!
