    my notebook was stolen from a factory i was working in recently.i left it down and forgot about it until the following day.is there any way i can trace it through msn or google.

    Nope, it's virtually untraceable.

    There are systems available such as LoJack which can help trace where a computer connects to the internet, but I'm not sure of their success rate in Ireland.
