traction control

does a diesel 2007 opel vectra have traction control. i have driving it and thought it is supposed to have it. was in start stop traffic on a slope and the front wheel starts slipping and goes nowhere. had to back back and start on dry ground to get going. i tought traction control should sent grip to the other front wheel…
