    Good to know he won. It was a stupid case to charge him with in the first place.

    Wasn't 'charged' with anything - this was judicial review brought by him challenging the legality of UCC disciplinary procedures. He was seeking orders overturning both the findings of the UCC investigation and the concomitant punishment.

    Only succeeded in getting the latter order from the High Court. He still faces an internal investigation for leaking the memoranada from the confidential disciplinary proceedings.
