Thanks man. Pity there isn't one down this part of the country. I'm in Waterford and it's not easy for me to travel to Dublin where most of the promotions are based.

Nah same thing! Looking for someone down here in the South East to start practicing with. Bodybuilder guy here and I'd like to take it up on my cardio days initially with the view to going for it big time in a year or two. There must be someone likeminded down here!!!!

Ha no hassle CM, yea I'm really on the lookout for someone with a bit of experience down here who could show me the ropes - basic mat stuff anyway, willing to pay for one-to-one, but ideally would be great to get a group session going.

lol yea the old ones are best haha - yea I wish I knew where to begin. I reckon there would be a bit of interest if someone was to get something up and running here... I'm particularly interested in shoot style myself, love the Japanese stuff, fast-paced/hard-hitting etc

Have a look at the irish promotions thread, send a few PMs, knock on a few doors, you'd never know.

Look at the DCW guys (albeit, i dont know how easy/hard it was) but you know they must have some advice on how to do it.

Yea hugely impressed by the DCW guyz - they really deserve a lot of credit. Pro in Ireland is way too Dublin/Bray based!! Huge talent outside it as well if only it expanded.
