    looking for a few suggestions....

Currently in work I have a transit connect.. perfect laod space for what we need, moving furniture, computers etc between buildings..

we where thinking of changing the van come January, our three year lease up on it.

So looking for a replacement, one thing that was raised would be the possibility of getting a 4x4, AWD, Quatrro vehicle as a repalcement... Ideal something that offers us the same load capacity as a connect but has the ability to have seating for up to 5 adults.. for example an XC90, normal use fold up the seats and a nice large load capacity.. then if needed we can put seats in normal position and use it to ferry employees around..

    Any suggestions would be appreciated....

    Thanks

The ESB use 4wd crew cab vans to access pylons out in fields etc.

There was one for sale on donedeal, but I dont see it there now.

What about a crew cab Hilux etc with a canopy on the back?

This may offer similar storage space to a Connect.

You would have to opt for a high canopy but you could get similar to the connect. But not match it.

    This is a good alternative.

while i do like the sound of the hi lux with a high canopy, not sure if it would take some of our desk, they are 1800mm square.....

You can get a VW Transporter with a crew cab and 4wd. The LWB would give you good storage and you can remove the seats. Would mean that you can avoid going to a SUV type.

Cheaper than a jeep however. The OP mentioned leasing so I guess it'll be new so they can spec it as the need it.

You can also get a transit in AWD and with a crew cab:
