How long can you keep food in the freezer ?

    I recently treated myself (us!) to a few of the meals on the M&S Dine in for Two offer.
    I got a couple to freeze but it says on the packaging to use within a month once frozen.
    I thought food could be kept frozen indefinitely ?
    Or am i way off the mark ?

    Food can be safely kept indefinitely - it just might not taste great.
    Some things keep much better than others.
