    Hows it going?

Was driving past the walkinstown round-a-bout last night and I seen a banner up over the londis on the corner saying "Snooker World" or something like that and a phone number.

Was wondering if anybody seen it? Or anybody know whats going on or whats it about? Be great if it was a new club around the Dublin 12 area.

I second that, great to hear of new clubs opening up, especially in these tough times, hope it goes well for all involved.Cross Guns has been really busy lately so they have certainly opened at the right time.
Who says snooker is a dying game!!!!!

And with Ken Doherty qualifying for the UK next week more people might take some interest in the sport.

Great news if it is a new club opened, especially being the Walkinstown/Crumlin where a few clubs have closed down over the years.

I have been in this place and I wasnt to impressed tbh. Tables are ok and there are only 4 of them. Closely placed together as well. A few youngfellas hanging around and playin around on the tables in the dark.
Which wouldnt really bother me as they aren't doing anything me it's just that the place is so small.

Its €1 for 6 minutes, they have these machines on the wall that ya pop a euro into, so basically its €10 an hour. They seem to do sambo's.
