Underfloor Heating

We put in Underfloor Heating into a new build 3 years and we are very happy with it for the majority of our house except for 1 room. Its a small room as the side of our house and while it never seems to work correctly in this room it seems to have stopped working completely at the moment.
The rest of the house is working perfectly and I have tried opening the valves to increase the flow into this room but that does not seem to improved the situation.

Just wondering does anyone have any further suggestions to correct this problem as the plumber called and he seems to be at a loss. He is calling again tonight and hoping to get this sorted tonight

Not an expert here but I know that the actuaters on the manifolds can play up, I had one stuck open which means we had a very warm bedroom for a few days. You should be able to see if the actuator actually opens for that circuit and make sure that there is no air in the system. An airlock can prevent a loop from heating up.

Is this room on a loop of it's own? Is there is stat in that room and is it calling for heat? When it calls for heat does the actuator work?

    Best of luck.
