Oven door problem

The inside layer of glass on the oven door has come completely loose. There doesn't seem to be any way of taking the door apart, and the manual (for Whirlpool AKP509/WH/02) was missing when we moved in to this place.

Now, I haven't a clue in my head about handyman things, so please don't all facepalm if I go wrong. I figure that if I got some suction cups (are such things widely available from Woodie's et al?), attached them to the loose door, glued all around the edges, I could lift the door back up into place to bond it to the door proper. Is this feasible at all?

Our oven is the same make I THINK
When you open the oven door there are 2 black L shaped rubber brackets for want of a better word which hold 2 screws (one on each side) this keeps the inside door attached to the outside door
Sounds like u need them replaced

Can you go back to the shop where you bought the oven and talk to them??

Ours is a rental place, I don't even have much of an idea how old the oven is. Manuals for other appliances are here, just, annoyingly, not for this one.
