You need to be more specific about what processor and machine you're comparing it too. And you can for get the whole "OMG 4.2Ghz!!!!!!!!111!!" bullcrap in that ad. It has a dual core 2.1 Ghz processor, which does NOT mean it has 4.2Ghz!
That laptop seems way over priced for the specs, and i mean by about 300 euro.

    Ok i have a 1k budget

    Suggest fastest laptop

    1. Start up speed
    2. Application speed
    3. Harddrive capacity
    4. Batt life

What are you going to be using the laptop for specifically? Are there any applications that you will be using that have specific requirements? Like games? CAD? Photoshop? etc
Most laptops these days will start up quickly, will load most apps quickly and have a large HD capacity.

It all depends on what specifically you mean by the above. How big is a big HD? In a laptop 320Gb would be more than enough for me.

is it fast i mean , ie will it be faster than a 1.75ghz 4gb ram laptop ????
Is that a single core 1.75GHz laptop, or a duel core 1.75GHz laptop? I ask as the laptop you link to is a 2.1GHz dual core laptop. What laptop make/model are you comparing it to?

Just the fact that the seller has tried the 2x2 = 4 scam is enough for me to say you shouldn't trust them or do business with them.

also worth noting the combo esata/usb port is an unapproved hybrid by both the USB and eSATA specifications and hasn't undergone any industry testing.

Id use it for itunes, adobe dreamweaver , office 2010 , msn , few small programs for joining videos and converting them , and downloading thats pretty much it , my last laptop was a p7350 processor with 4gb ram and 150gb harddrive

For that usage i'd knock 3/400 off your budget being honest. It would be complete overkill to spend 1000 on a machine used for only basic things like the above.
