Scratch coat again!!!

    Just thinking there tonight, and I guess discussions on drylining and dewpoints.
    If one decided NOT to scratch coat, the airtightness readings would be less than the client who did, BUT, might the positive side of it be, any moisture that might pass via skim through insulated board, and hit the block wall, dryup a lot faster, therefore alleviating mould creation?.

    ahhhhh....battery 1 percent..where is the lead!! :)
