sunrise alarm system

    Hi,
    I looking for a sunrise progressive alarm clock that can be plugged in (no batteries required), for 25 year old male he gets up at 5am for work and is in bed at nine so thought this could help him. Budget=30 euro
    1) know where I can buy one?
    2) think he'd like it?
