I'd originally posted this in the 'modified' forum... but after sifting through the majority of the cars there, I think it might not have been the right place to put it as it's more of a 'tuner car' forum then what I've got.

    started with this:
    s6original_1.jpg
    s6original_2.jpg
    came with:
    RS2 exhaust manifold
    mvc-601f.jpg
Top (you can see how the turbo on the stock one is only fed directly by 3 cylinders)
    Lehmann ECU (17psi, 280bhp, 280tq)
    034EFI 1.8T Coilpack conversion

Since then, I've junked the 1.8T coilpack conversion for the EFIExpress LS2 Coilpack conversion, added Bilstein/H&R suspension, Porsche 993 Twin Turbo brakes, HIDs, Bosch 110S Diverter valve, an RS2 Turbocharger and the 034EFI RS2 Tuning kit (injectors, wastegate spring, chips, 3bar VMAP sensor)

Cleaned it up a bit: (pre-Porsche brakes)

Dyno chart with the old chip and stock turbo

    New dyno charts below

Then after that, I have to yank the turbo again and send it in for a rebuild because it's smoking during warmup. I think the turbine side bearings are going... no oil in the charge pipes, big clouds of thick white smoke during warmup though.

Marc @ EFIExpress.com has recently agreed (he was the tech who removed the turbo for the seller) to front the cost of the rebuild as long as I cover shipping! Great thanks to Marc for saving me a boatload of money.

finally got my car dyno tested:

we're seeing a boost leak and the turbo is still blown to crap
once we trace the boost leak down and rebuild the turbo, I'm hoping to see some stronger numbers

I dunno, those wheels in the first pic arent half jap looking... :P
    J/k, nice car.
Whats the economy like on the heavily boosted 2.2l 5pot?

Those wheels have been tossed. They were some crap Brazilian made wheels that practically had barnacles growing from them they were so corroded.
Also, at 15" they wouldn't fit over the Porsche brakes.

Our miles per gallon are different than yours... but I average about 300 miles on a tank
you can see my economy here...

Fixing the boost leak and rebuilding the turbo might help too. the car is running pig rich right now because it's not holding boost.

not good... 5 weeks after i bought the car it died. We checked the coils and they were all fine... so we started going after sensors... I replaced nearly EVERY sensor in the car that revolves around starting (crank position, camshaft position sensor TWICE!, fuel pump relays... etc...)
then after everything was said and done and we were about to give up, I decided "Lets start from the beginning"
suddenly, the coil that was testing fine at first was not sparking consistently... at that point I sent it to my mechanic and he tossed a new coil in and it fired up like nothing was ever wrong.

A week later I had binned the 1.8T coilpack conversion for the EFI Express LS2 Coilpack conversion which uses GM D585 coilpacks (found in most modern Chevrolet V8s)

    The reasoning is twofold:
    1) they can support MASSIVE amounts of boost and power
    2) you can pick them up at nearly ANY parts store in the United States for about $20

Any chance you can PM me the full list you using in your coilpack ?
Also part codes would be nice if you dont mind :)

Oh and keep an eye on your coolant level

Also do you have any idea should there be any hose or pipe, if yes, where that goes ?

    This is the full kit
I believe these coils can handle over 150hp per cylinder.

I just burst a coolant hose actually... so, it's pretty empty right now.

This is for testing purposes only. You put a vacuum gauge on it and pull on it until the wastegate opens. Once it opens, the needle will force a max reading and drop out. That max reading is how much pressure is on the wastegate. In my case, it would read 1.9bar
