hi there has anyone ever experienced this. i took 1000 IU tabs for about a month along with cod liver oil. since then my toilet habits and stomach arent right. im perfectly healthy otherwise so not worried or anything and my energy levels and appetite are great. i stopped taking all of the stuff about 3 weeks ago
