Is Kidney Transplant a medical condition?

    I have been asked to complete a medical information question in work:

    Do you suffer from any medical condition/illness which we should be aware of?

    Does kidney transplant come under this? like is it a condition i have or is that the treatment to the condition i had and do not need to include it?

    any help greatfully appreciated

    its a procedure you had to correct a condition/pathology so I think you should include just to cover you back. It is part of your medical history.
