heating timer

    anybody know if there is mush to change the timer on gas boiler.
    our timer gave up during the year and i must replace it as the house is freezing these nights when we get home which can be late.

    it is a standard timer you see on most heating systems.

    APT brand mechanical timers, the ones with the roundy wheel with little pull-out tabs, are about 40 bucks. I have no idea what someone might charge you to fit it though, if you need that.
