Pretty darn good ep. - Timothy Dalton amazed with his acting!, while most guest stars would just dial it in, Dalton has fully embraced the bad guy and is delivering a truely menacing and scary Volkoff.

His anger, his facial expressions....this is an actor taking it seriously, Morgan channeling Die Hard...haha!, taping the gun to his back and couldn't reach it! :D
So mama Bartowski is good afterall, and Chuck got rebooted!

    Solid ep. - very enjoyable.

Thought it was great up until the last 30 seconds when he got the intersect back - they should've dragged it out much longer without Chuck having the intersect.

Excellent ep! Dalton was superb. That really was brilliant, very very well done. Morgans moment was class too :)

There better be some point to the whole removing and reinstating of the intersect though, hopefully theres something different about it this time, or else what was the point, just a few filler eps about trying to get it back? We shall wait and see I guess!

Loved Linda Hamilton's Terminator reference: "come with me if you want to live"

    :D

I actually found this episode quite hilarious. I loved when Timothy Dalton kissed Chuck and went to dinner at Ellie's.
I also thought the mix of action, comedy and heart-felt stuff was pretty much spot on too.

Back to the strong comedy/nerdy refs/ solid storys of yestertimes.

I enjoyed it and brought a smile to my face.

Die Hard/Terminator/Charades (was expecting Chuck to shoult out living daylights/licence to kill)

    Classic Chuck episode.

The references to Die Hard and Terminator were very well done.

I was hoping the laptop would have a bigger part to play than just undoing what the 'PSP' did.

**Can a Mod please add a poll, thanks**

best episode of the season so far, the morgan die hard reference was funny, i thought it would have been better if he didnt say the yippe ka ye line, make it more subtle,

i assume having the interesect removed served a purpose, probably a more relient one that doesnt require that watch that chuck has to wear to control it, orion made the intersect purely from a mechinal point of view, wheras ellie added another part that makes it more applicable to an organic computer such as the brain, this would indicate to me that somethig is gonna happen soon,

dalton was class in this episode hoping to see a lot more of him as the season moves on, would have loved to know what film he was talking about, i would have said license to kill, :D

i was just reading that chuck is now on winter break for 7 weeks, i must say while that episode was great, where the hell is the mid-season cliffhanger,

also one point that really annoyed me about this episode is why they didnt just walk out the front door, you know the original entrace through the Orange Orange, the steps in castle still head the same way, the buy more entrance was always the back door,
bit of an oversight there id say,

I was thinking License to Kill as well!

I loved this ep anyway. I find the show is not the same when Chuck doesn't have the intersect. It is after all what the whole show is based around.

I did think that the laptop was going to be an upgrade or something along those lines, not something that conveniently comes along at the same time when Chuck loses the intersect.

Anyway, glad to have "normal" Chuck back.

Timothy Dalton was fantastic, one bad guy I hope they never kill off, he is just outstandingly funny! When he starts to kiss Chuck and points the gun at everyone saying "really", I burst out laughing.

Of course, there is the Die Hard references. Loved them :D Nice spin on it when Morgan tied the gun too low on his back, was fair funny.

All in all 5 out of 5 for me, if there was a poll. It would get the highest score on it ;)

Great episode - absolutely loved Timothy Dalton in it! - I really missed him in the past couple of eps. He's got a great range as an actor which really shone through here:D

Anyone else find it annoying though that Chuck and Sarah *have* to have a 2 minute chat about their feelings at the end of every episode now? (usually out at the fountain where they live) - drives me mad everytime I see them sit down at it!

They've been doing that since Season 1 though. At least it hasn't gotten as bad as Smallville's Barn of Solitude chats.
