Just a quertion that the weather gurus on here may be able to answer
What percentage of days during the Winter periods of 2009/2010 and 2008/9 ( Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar ) did the temperature exceed 7C?

    Thanks in advance

Many thanks for that interesting chore.

I can't tell you off the top of my head, but let me trawl through my weather journals where I noted with diligence each max and min temperature recorded. Might take a few days to give you the correct answer but if you could be patient and wait around 48 hours, that would be much appreciated :D

I can wait for weeks as long as the answer wins me an argument :)

Dublin would probably be best, as I believe the temp. variation inland can be far higher

I suggest you look up Casement or Dublin AP here
The data can be viewed a month at a time.
