sorry if this is a stupid question but how do you set up e-mail on the iphone4?

On the first screen I have seen that the name is just whatever name you want to put on it.
The address is the email address.
    Password is my e-mail password
Description is whatever your email provider is, this comes up automatically.

    Next
IMAP or POP (I'm ???@live.ie, so which do I pick?)
What do I then put in the incoming mail server host name
what do I put in the user name?
Is the password my e-mail password

    Outgoing mail server:
    what goes in there?

Sorry if this has come up before I couldn't find it in the search.

I use Gmail on an iTouch so can't recommend the exact procedure for you but I believe you should get all the info you need here.....
