    Don't suppose anyone caught this?

Was on from 19.30 - 20.00, just over now. I saw the last 30 seconds, I wish I knew that it was on... checked BBC iplayer but you can't watch it in ireland :(

If anyone knows where else one might be able to watch it, or can put it online do tell :)

    Does Hitchens have ANY furniture!?

At certain angles it really shows how much weight he's lost.

very good interview. Pretty much sums up what Hitchens is all about in half an hour.

On a side note, i didnt recognise him looking at the youtube stills

I watched the broadcast but thanks for the links and so on above.

I thought he looked very unwell, his eyes and mouth in particular showing the strain, but his bravery is exemplary and his wry humour hasn't deserted him.

Paxo and himself are a dream team together. A superb interview.

Not necessarily soon. At the very least he has months, possibly a few years. Hell, five out of every hundred people in his position are alive after five years. Maybe he will be one.

I thought it was a good half hour's viewing. Some of Paxman's questions all but made me flinch but I was moved by Hitch's composure. On the lighter side, Paxman's empathetic face was rather amusing. Who knew he had one.
