Put a sling on a Masada, How?

I've seen the screw on sling mount for the Masada but it doesn't really hold a sling from on end of the gun to the other which makes it more comfortable, how do I go about putting it on?

You can get QD sling mounts as far as I know. Also there is a mount, on the left side of the stock. It's very thin, but you can buy one that sticks out further.
