Icy conditions on M3: driving or bus?

Have to be in Dublin from Kells for 10am tomo. I have heard that the motorways are ok. Am a very nervous driver on icy roads and wondering whether I should take bus instead but of course that will take me longer. Am going city centre so hoping to leave about 8am. Anyone travel on it this morning around that time? Thanks
