    From Arklow station's facebook page:

    Monday 29/11/10 Service Update@16.55hrs
All Rosslare line services are expected to operate as normal this evening

    and

    From

    Monday 29th November 17:00hrs.
Full services are expected to operate this evening throughout the network across Intercity, DART and Commuter routes. However, some services may be subject to minor delays as frozen points are de-iced and tracks are cleared of snow.
Customers are advised to allow extra travel time to arrive at stations due to poor road conditions.
The website will be updated as further travel information is made available.

I got the train up Saturday morning and it was about 10-15 mins late with the snow, if that's an indication.

I've no idea about delays today but the early train out of Gorey normally comes down empty from Dublin in the early hours on a Monday so maybe the tracks hadn't been cleared that early, only guessing though.

I was on the Gorey train from Greystones this morning. It departed just after 07.30. It then came to a sudden stop in one of the tunnels where it sat for several minutes before moving off again.

At Bray the train stopped at the southern end of platform 1. It sat there for almost ten minutes before pulling up the platform. It appeared to have some type of door fault as a staff member tried fixing it to no avail.

The train arrived at Connolly around 08.40.
