Mpeg 4 decoder for a pvr

    Apologies if this isn't in the correct thread :rolleyes:- I have a Samsung 160g pvr/dvd. While the tuner can pick up the audio for the Irish digital channels I cannot get a picture - presumably no mpeg 4 decoder in machine!!

    Any possible way around the problem -eg an mpeg 4 decoder box on the coax feeding into the DVD player ??? :confused:
