Can't Get To The MTO!!!

    Trying to get my learner permit sorted but I can't get to the MTO because of work.
    I can;t get to the Q4U either because they only open 9-5 aswell.

    Can I post my documents to the MTO?

    Do I need anything else or do I just chuck the form and the photos and the theory test into an envelope etc?

    Don't forget the cheque or postal order if you're not using a credit card.

    FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

    You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

    Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.
