Marks needed to change degree next year

I'm currently doing a single honours Major/ Minor 3-year degree. For first year I am studying two subjects fully, but would like to switch to a Joint degree next year to continue doing both subjects (although the content of the major option would be less than in a single honours) as i'm interested in both.

For me to transfer from a Major/ Minor degree in first year, to doing a second and third year joint degree of which my first minor option is the main focus of the joint honours degree - what marks would I have to get in both subjects this year, is it 40% / 50% / 60% / 70% ........

    Thanks.

It depends. What are you studying now and what do you want to study?

I am currently doing a Major /Minor arts degree and would like to transfer to doing a Joint Honours degree in second and third year.

Would even 40% in both subjects in first year allow me to change the course of my degree next year (from Major / minor to Joint Honours Arts).

i think it may be 60% to change from one course to another. it would do harm contacting the department
