That really depends on what sort of bike you're looking to buy/build. Is it a Road bike or mountain bike etc? Were you thinking of something new? second hand? or vintage? If your not sure yet then just figure out what you'll be using it for most of the time and that'll help you decide.

Rothar.ie for second hand bits. You may also get some second hand bits on this site.

Chain Reaction Cycles for new bits... do you have a frame you want to start with?

http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/ can be good for parts/wheels

    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ always has bargain frames/parts/everything

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ is sometimes cheaper than chainreaction on certain parts, they also have free postage

http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/ always has bargains, just over a fiver for delivery but if you order handlebars it goes up to 18, otherwise it only goes up to 18 once you reach a certain weight

http://www.parker-international.co.uk/ has some stuff the others dont stock

http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/ has alot of obscure as well as modern parts if youre building something vintage

http://www.bike-mailorder.de/shop/index.php German, has a wide range, some parts also that other places dont have

http://www.totalcycling.com/ has some nice stuff and its Irish, all deliveries are 5euro, I presume bikes cost more
