no will still do perfectly for clays if it fits you well and you can fire straight with it

It's a sporter, i.e. intended for sporting clay competitions. It'll be set up differently to a trap (i.e. "down the line") or skeet gun, (length of barrels, height of comb on stock, height of ribs on barrel, thickness of forend etc.), essentlially it would be more on the layout of a game gun, but with slightly longer barrel usually and built heavier to suit lots of shooting.
Sporters generally are very suitable for someone wanting to mix a bit of hunting with clays.

I see, so if I mount a game gun would my line of sight be closer to the barrel than with a trap gun? Because I fould it bit hard to blind it because I was afraid that I would loose sight of the trap...

It was funny in that when I see it I miss it and when I don't see it I hit it.
When I hit it I only see after the puff is gone... Thinking to myself - Oh, I must have hit it...

But I want to see the puff!!

So I was battling with my inner self for the whole duration...
