I ve found in my experience that A , loud music, impossible to converse.
B, Women who just want a quiet night out and not want to be bothered, and are annoyed when you approach them or C, thinking that they are on ther own only to be confronted by angry boyfriend / husband . Any advice, or alternative venues to go where these problems aren't an issue?

a lot of communication is non verbal.. body language and the like.. just stand tall , make eye contact (but don't stare), and mouth a 'hi' in her direction. If she smiles, or bows her head and looks up again, or giggles with her mates, you're in. If she frowns, and throws a bottle at you, then you did it wrong
