Leaky window washer and diesel funnels

Hi all. I have a 99 Landcruiser. I've noticed 2 problems with it recently, which I need help with. They are similar in nature, so I've included them both.

    1) The window washer funnel has a crack somewhere along it, possibly even spreading into the reservoir. The water leaks out in minutes and just leaves a tiny amount in the bottom of the reservoir. Is this a common problem / easy fix?

    2) The diesel funnel has a crack somewhere in it. When filling, it drips diesel onto somewhere over the wheelarch, but the leaking doesn't happen when I'm finished filling and the tank is full. Its not the overflow as it even happens when I fill from empty to half. That is why I think it must be along the funnel. Again, is this common or easy to fix?

Seeing as both problems are alike, and they both started happening recently, and the jeep is almost 12 years old, I wonder could it be an age-related failing in the plastics used by Toyota? Just funny that 2 such similar problems occurred at the same time. Any help appreciated.
